When you use iWrite4.me, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, login method, and verification status.
• Writing data: documents you create, word counts, writing sessions, streaks, XP, goals, and progress.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns used to improve the product.
• Support and safety data: messages you send to support, abuse reports, moderation actions, and security logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the writing workspace, keep accounts secure, track writing progress, enable friends, duels, leaderboards, shared drafts, and improve the reliability of iWrite4.me.

3. Email Verification

When you register with email and password, we send a verification code to confirm that the email address belongs to you. We use Brevo to send transactional emails such as verification codes and important account messages.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your writing content is private by default. If you share a document or publish a story, the selected content becomes visible according to the sharing or publishing settings you choose.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure used by iWrite4.me, including Railway-hosted services. Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to admin tooling is restricted.

6. Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In gives iWrite4.me access only to basic profile details needed for login, such as your name and email. We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use local storage and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember product state. We also use analytics to understand product usage and improve the site.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete documents inside the app. To request full account deletion, use in-app support or contact us by email.

9. Children's Privacy

iWrite4.me is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, communicated in the app.
