1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using iWrite4.me, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

iWrite4.me is a focused writing tool with timed sessions, progress tracking, streaks, duels, sharing, publishing, and optional high-pressure writing modes.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Email/password accounts may require email verification before login.
• One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse trials, leaderboards, referrals, or duels.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of what you write. We do not claim ownership over your drafts, documents, or stories. When you share or publish content, you give iWrite4.me permission to display that content according to the visibility settings you choose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iWrite4.me to harass others, break the law, attack the service, scrape private data, manipulate XP or leaderboards, or upload content that infringes another person's rights.

6. Session Mechanics and Data Loss

Some iWrite4.me modes are intentionally strict. Leaving a tab, stopping typing, or breaking a rule in a pressure mode may cause a session to fail or content to be lost. These mechanics are part of the product. Use them with care and keep separate backups for important work.

7. Payments and Plans

Free and paid plan details may change over time. Paid features, subscription terms, and pricing are shown in the app before purchase. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

8. Service Availability

We try to keep iWrite4.me reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, deploys, provider outages, or security work may temporarily affect service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or threaten platform safety. You may request account deletion through support.

10. Limitation of Liability

iWrite4.me is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost writing, lost profits, or interruptions caused by use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
